Pricing transparency
We aim to provide our services at an affordable price for each customer we do business with. When it comes to paying for something, nobody likes to be surprised. That’s why we always provide direct quotes so that you know what you will be paying before we perform the job.
In some cases, jobs may require additional work to be done outside of the quoted price. In these cases, our technician will always discuss what work needs to be done, and the price for the service needed before performing the work. We will never charge you for work that we did not first receive your direct consent for.

Many companies advertise their services for a low service fee, or “starting price” and then pull a bait-and-switch by price gouging the customer after the service has been performed. Other times, they may give a wide price range, stating that it depends on what tools they have to use, and will refuse to give you a direct price. They may claim that “special tools” or “special programming” were required and then hike up their prices when it is time to pay.
These companies are generally under-qualified and send untrustworthy, morally corrupt technicians. Some companies will even operate under multiple generic business names, or DBA’s to hide their dishonest practices. Please, DO NOT fall for their scams.
